TOASTED CHEESE CHEESE 
1 slice American cheese
1 slice Colby cheese
1 tsp. shed spread
2 slices wheat bread

Melt shed spread. Brush on both sides of bread. Place in preheated skillet or on griddle side by side. Put slice of cheese on each piece of bread. Place one slice on top of the other. Remove from skillet, slice in triangles. Place on plate. Garnish with dill pickle spears and serve.
