SKILLET CHEESE TOAST 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Muenster cheese, shredded
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
4 tbsp. butter
8 (1 inch thick) diagonal sliced Italian bread

In a small bowl, combine cheese, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and egg. In a 12-inch oven-proof skillet, cook bread in butter on one side. Remove from heat and turn bread. Top with cheese mixture. Place skillet in oven under broiler. Broil until cheese mixture is hot and bubbly, about 3 minutes. 4 main dish servings.
