TOASTED CHEESE ROLLS 
8 slices white bread
Butter
1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. grated Provolone cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. thyme

Trim crusts from bread. Spread with butter. Mix cheese, mayonnaise and thyme. Spread on buttered bread and carefully roll up. Place seam side down in shallow baking pan. Melt 1/4 cup butter and spoon over rolls. Bake in 450 degree oven for 6 minutes or until toasted. Cut each roll into 2 pieces. Serve hot. Makes 16 pieces.
