CHEESE STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
20 mushroom caps, 1 1/2 inches
Lemon juice
Salt
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. crushed herb seasoned croutons
3 strips bacon, cooked, drained, crumbled

Dip mushrooms in lemon juice; sprinkle cavity with salt. Mix together cheese and croutons. Spoon into mushrooms. Top with bacon. Place on cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven 10-12 minutes or until hot.
