BROWNIE - PUDDING DELIGHT 
Grease the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with shortening. Mix a brownie mix according to package directions. Pour a little over half of mixture into a 13 x 9 inch glass baking pan (bake the remainder in another pan for other use). Bake for 5-10 minutes or until done. Cool.

2ND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix and spread over brownie crust.

3RD LAYER:

3 sm. pkg. pistachio pudding
3 c. milk

Mix with mixer and spread over cheese mixture.

4TH LAYER:

Spread Cool Whip over pudding and sprinkle with chopped pecans.

Buy large container of Cool Whip. This dessert is also good with lemon or chocolate pudding.
