MILLION DOLLAR PIE 
STEP 1:
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Soften butter, cut into flour. Add pecans; blend well. Pat dough in bottom of 13 x 9 inch pyrex dish. Bake 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool.

STEP 2:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix ingredients until smooth and creamy. Spread over cooled crust.

STEP 3:
1 lg. pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla mix
4 c. cold milk

Mix ingredients (according to directions on package) until smooth. Spread over cream cheese layer. Top with Cool Whip and chopped pecans.
