PEACH ROLL 
8 peaches (ripe)
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
Cinnamon

Sauce:

2 c. water
1 c. sugar

Combine sauce ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to boil. Pour sauce into a 9 x 12 pan. Mix flour, salt, baking powder, butter, and milk until like dough. Roll out like yeast dough on floured board. Cover dough with sliced peaches and roll up like jelly roll. Put slices of roll in sauce. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake until brown 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
