1 pkg. med. size Doritos, crushed
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can mushroom soup
1 sm. onion, chopped

Cook beef and onions; add tomatoes and mushroom soup. Heat thoroughly. In a medium size casserole dish layer the Doritos, beef mixture, cheese and repeat. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
