HAMBURGER AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. cooked rice
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, seeded and chopped
Ketchup
Salt, pepper, and Mrs. Dash (season to taste)

Cook rice according to directions; set aside. Cook hamburger with chopped onion and bell pepper until crumbly. Add rice to hamburger mixture. Add ketchup, mix thoroughly. Heat and season to taste.
