SALMON PUFF 
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 to 4 slices bread, torn into pieces
4 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, separated
1 can (15 1/2 oz.) salmon, drained and flaked
Paprika

Mix milk, butter and bread; stir in lemon juice, onion, salt, pepper, slightly beaten egg yolks and salmon. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into salmon mixture. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
