CORN CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
8 oz. carton sour cream
1 egg
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole corn
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix

Melt butter. Mix in sour cream and slightly beaten egg. Add corns and bread mix; mix well. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 375 degree oven 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
