MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1/4 lb. butter
5 tbsp. flour
1 can evaporated milk
1 lb. elbow macaroni, cooked
1 can warm water
1 beaten egg
1 lb. cheddar cheese

Melt butter. Add flour and stir, add milk and water. When hot add egg, stir and add shredded cheese, stir until melted, add to drained cooked pasta mix and put in oblong baking pan. Sprinkle with a little paprika and bake in preheated oven 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. You could use more cheese.
