PEPPER STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in 1/2-inch strips
Flour
1 can French onion soup
1/2 c. tomato ketchup or paste
1 can bouillon
1 bell pepper, cut in lg. bite-sized pieces
Egg noodles, cooked, or mashed potatoes

Season the meat with salt, pepper and paprika. Dredge in flour. Sear until well browned. Add all other ingredients except the peppers. Cover and simmer 2 hours. Add peppers; heat until peppers are tender. Serve on noodles or potatoes.
