PEACH CRISP 
6 c. sliced peaches
1/4 c. tapioca
Rind and lemon juice from 1 lemon - grate rind
Salt and cinnamon

Mix and put in 8 x 12 inch dish. (I grease bottom of dish). Add peaches to above.

TOPPING:

1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. cookie crumbs
3/4 c. chilled butter, cubed
Nuts

Mix with fingers until crumbly. Pour over peaches. Cook 40 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve with ice cream.
