CHICKEN CURRY 
6 chicken breasts, boneless
1 c. chopped onion
1 apple, finely chopped
1 c. chopped celery stalk tops
2 or 3 pkgs. McCormick's Curry Sauce
2 or 3 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. cream
3 c. chicken stock (or Campbell's chicken broth)

Cook chicken breasts in oven at 325 degrees for 1 hour until tender and lightly browned. Let cool; cut into 1-inch pieces. Place chicken pieces in large saucepan; add onion, apple, celery tops and seasonings. Add flour to mixture. Gradually add cream and chicken broth. Mixture will thicken even more after it is baked in oven, so be careful.
