CHOCOLATE MARSHMALLOW BARS 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. nuts (optional)
20 lg. marshmallows

Bake in 9x13 pan for 20 minutes at 325 degrees.

Top with large marshmallows. Bake at 300 for 15 minutes. Cool and frost.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
1 c. chocolate chips

Melt and boil 1/2 minute. Add chocolate chips. Beat with mixer until smooth. Stir occasionally when cooling.
