OYSTER FRITTERS 
1 pt. oysters
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. melted butter

Drain oyster and chop. Combine all dry ingredients. Add eggs and milk and melted butter. Stir until smooth. Then stir in oysters. Deep fry in hot oil. Drop into hot oil by the tablespoonful. Fry until golden brown; will float to top, about 3-4 minutes.
