OVERNIGHT SALAD | |
1 head lettuce, broken up with fingers 1 head cauliflower, cut up in flowerettes 1 sweet onion, sliced 1 lb. bacon, fried crisp, then broken up 2 c. salad dressing (Hellmann's mayonnaise) 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1/4 c. sugar In large bowl with tight cover, put ingredients in layers as they are listed; seal tight. Put in refrigerator overnight. Toss just before serving. Be sure you give it at least 12 hours. |
