OVEN STEW 
2 lbs. stew meat
2 med. onions, sliced
sliced carrots, any amount
Chunk potatoes, any amount
Small amount of chunk rutabagas
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can tomato soup
Approx. 1/2 can water

Cut meat into chunks. Do not brown. Put in roasting pan with the remaining ingredients. Bake 300 degrees for 4 to 5 hours. Does not work in slow cooker.
