“BLACK BOTTOM CAKE” IS IN:

BLACK BOTTOM CAKE 
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 cups water
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla

Sift flour, sugar, cocoa, salt and baking soda. Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Mix well and pour into greased 9x13-inch pan.

FILLING:

2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
2 cups chocolate chips

Combine cream cheese, salt, eggs and sugar. Beat well and add chocolate chips.

Spoon filling onto cake.

Bake at 350°F for about 35 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar.
