INSTANT CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. cold water
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix dry ingredients, make 3 wells, 1 each for, oil, vinegar, vanilla. Pour cold water over all. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 minutes.

ICING:

1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Pet milk
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Chopped cherries and pecans

Cook until fairly thick, pour over hot cake.
