SPINACH-CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 c. slivered almonds, toasted
1 lg. bunch spinach, torn into bite size pieces
1 med. head cauliflower, sliced in 1/4 inch pieces
1 lg. avocado, sliced and dipped in lemon juice
6 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 lg. clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. dry basil leaves
1/4 tsp. pepper
Dash nutmeg

1. Combine first four salad ingredients in large bowl.

2. Blend next 8 ingredients to make dressing.

3. Toss dressing with salad just before serving.
