PUMPKIN PECAN PIE 
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. dark syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 unbaked 9 inch pastry shell
1/2 c. chopped pecans

In a small bowl, combine first 7 ingredients. Mix well. Pour into pie shell. Top with chopped pecans.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes or until set. Chill and serve with whipped cream.
