ORANGE SHERBET CONGEALED SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. orange Jello (6 oz. size)
1 c. hot water
1 c. pineapple juice
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 (15 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, juice & all
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
2 bananas, sliced
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup hot water. Add pineapple juice. Stir in 1 pint softened orange sherbet. Add crushed pineapple, mandarin oranges, 2 sliced bananas and nuts. Mix and fold together. Put in salad mold, individual molds or 9 x 13 inch dish. Refrigerate until congealed.

You can substitute raspberry Jello and raspberry sherbet for the orange Jello and orange sherbet if you can find the raspberry sherbet.
