Mix together and put into greased and floured pan.

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
3/4 c. plain flour
1 c. nuts
3 tbsp. cocoa

Bake at 325 degrees until done. Press 1 small package marshmallows into hot cake.

ICING:

1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
4 tbsp. thin cream
2 c. 4X sugar
