1/2 c. oil
1 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. applesauce
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice

Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix well. Bake in muffin tins at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
