RUSSIAN CHICKEN 
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 jar apricot jam
1 bottle Wishbone Russian dressing
6-8 boneless chicken breast halves

Place chicken in prepared casserole. Sprinkle onion soup over chicken. Cover with jam and dressing. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes and then uncovered for 30 minutes longer. Serve with rice.
