CHOCOLATE ECLAIR PIE 
4 c. milk
4 sm. boxes instant French vanilla pudding
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 box graham crackers
1 can chocolate ready-to-spread frosting

Mix milk with pudding mix. Stir in Cool Whip. Layer bottom of pan (9x13 inch or a little bigger if you have one) with graham crackers. Spread half of pudding mixture on crackers. Layer more crackers, then the rest of the pudding mixture. Layer more crackers on top.

Melt frosting 45 to 60 seconds in the microwave. Stir frosting and pour over the top of crackers. Cover and refrigerate. Must be made the day before so the crackers will get soft.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
