CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breast (boiled, shredded)
1 lg. frozen bag broccoli
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Longhorn cheese (grated)
1 stick butter
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. curry powder
2 cans creamy chicken soup
1 pkg. bread crumbs

Boil chicken and broccoli slowly 15 to 20 minutes. Place in glass casserole (13 x 9 inch) dish broccoli then chicken. In bowl mix soup and cheese, mayonnaise and curry. Spread on broccoli and chicken. Top with butter chopped in bread crumbs. Oven preheated to 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
