TOMATO PRESERVES 
8 c. tomatoes, skinned cut up and juice drained off
4 c. sugar
2 sticks cinnamon
1 whole lemon, sliced and halved with rind

Combine all ingredients and simmer for 3 hours. Stir often. Spoon into jelly jars and process in hot water bath.

Great on homemade biscuits.
