SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
2 tbsp. onion, minced
2 tbsp. butter
Dash of nutmeg
Dash of pepper

Combine all ingredients except butter. Shape into small balls. Brown in butter over medium to medium-low heat until evenly cooked. Makes about 4 dozen.
