SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. hamburger
3 slices bread, soaked in 3/4 c. milk
1 onion, finely chopped and fried in 2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten

Add ingredients to beef. Form into balls and roll in flour. Brown in butter. Add cream or milk. Simmer 5 minutes in casserole.
