POPPY SEED MUFFINS 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs, unbeaten
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 tsp. butter flavor
1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Combine first 4 ingredients. Mix well. Add oil, eggs, milk, flavorings and poppy seed. Spoon into paper lined muffin tins. Fill 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees on middle racks for 35-40 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes. Spread with glaze. Makes 2 dozen.

GLAZE:

1/4 c. orange juice
2/3 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Combine.
