ARTICHOKES IN CHEESE SAUCE 
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen artichoke hearts
1 (11 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1 (7 3/4 oz.) can (1 3/4 c.) crab, drained and flaked
Cooked rice

Cook artichoke hearts according to package directions and drain. Combine soup and crab. Add artichoke hearts and cook over medium heat until heated through. Top mixture with freshly ground pepper and serve on a bed of cooked rice. Serves 6.
