BREAD PUDDING 
9 slices French bread
1 stick butter
4 egg yolks
1 sm. can Pet milk
2 c. milk
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar

Beat egg yolks, sugar and butter together. Add Pet milk and milk, crushed pineapple and sugar until stiff, stir well. Spray a large baking dish with Pam. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool a little. Beat egg whites and pour over pudding, return to oven and bake until meringue is brown.
