ALMOND PIE 
2 2/3 c. flour
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 1/2 + 1 tbsp. butter, softened
1 egg
1 c. ground almonds
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 egg

Mix the first 4 ingredients together to make crust. Divide in half and press 1/2 into bottom of 9" spring form pan. Mix the remaining ingredients together for filling. Spread over crust. Pat remaining crust over filling and bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes.
