SCRAMBLED EGG CASSEROLE 
6 eggs, beaten
6 slices bread, cubed
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg. Brown and Serve sausage, browned and cut (or use bacon)
1 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt (may be omitted)

Mix all ingredients and pour into 8x13 greased pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
