TRIPLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES 
3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. water
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. (3 oz.) white chocolate chips
1/2 c. (3 oz.) milk chocolate chips
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. In a saucepan combine butter, sugar, and water and heat just to a boil. Remove from heat and add semi-sweet chocolate and vanilla. stir until chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually blend in flour mixture. Stir in white chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and nuts.

Spread batter in a greased 8-inch square pan; bake for 30-35 minutes. Cut into 2-inch squares. Yield: 16 brownies. Each: about 240 calories, 15 g fat, 38 mg cholesterol, 85 mg sodium.
