LIMA BEAN & TOMATO CASSEROLE 
4 tbsp. chopped onion
3 tbsp. butter
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
1 (16 oz.) can lima beans or 2 pkgs. frozen baby limas, cooked & drained
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. bread crumbs

Saute onions in butter. Combine onions, tomato sauce, drained lima beans, salt and pepper. Place in buttered casserole and sprinkle Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs on top. Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes or until top is brown and liquid is bubbling.
