SPICY CHICKEN/TURKEY MEAT LOAF 
4 med. carrots
2 onions
1 bell pepper
2/3 c. rice
2 lbs. ground chicken/turkey
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1 tbsp. mustard

Chop carrots, onions and bell pepper into small pieces. In a large mixing bowl combine vegetables, ground meat, rice, salt and pepper, egg and mustard. Place mixture into a 2 1/2 pound meat loaf tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

BAR-B-Q SAUCE TOPPING:

3/4 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. water

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer until the liquid is reduced by about one third. Serve sauce hot with meat loaf.
