1 pkg. yeast 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted 1 egg 2 c. warm water 1/4 c. sugar 4 c. self rising flour Mix yeast, water, butter, sugar and eggs. With spoon add flour and stir until well mixed (dough will be soft). Grease muffin pans and fill half full. Bake at 400 degrees about 15 minutes. May be kept in refrigerator and used as needed. Makes 24. (A 2 quart bowl needs to be used as dough will rise after is sets in refrigerator). |
