ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 lbs. zucchini, cut into 1/2 inch chunks
1 tsp. salt, optional
1/2 tsp. dill seed
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Cherry tomatoes
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 c. cheddar cheese, cubed
2 tsp. butter, melted

Heat butter in skillet and saute onion and garlic. Add zucchini, spices and place mixture into 1 1/2 quart buttered baking dish along with cheese and tomatoes. Combine crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes (may have to cover with foil to keep crumbs from burning). Regular tomatoes may be used or made without.
