ANGEL FLAKE BISCUITS 
5 c. flour
1/2 c. water
1 pkg. yeast
2 c. buttermilk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. baking powder
3/4 c. shortening

Dissolve yeast in water, mix yeast mixture with buttermilk, sugar and salt. Mix flour, baking powder and soda together. Cut in shortening. Add liquid ingredients and mix lightly. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
