WILD RICE HOT DISH 
1 c. wild rice soaked overnight
1 lb. hamburger, browned
1 onion, chopped
1 c. celery
1/2 green pepper (opt.)

Pre-cook above slightly in 2 tablespoons fat. Add in casserole: 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 cans of water 1 c. wild rice (soaked overnight) 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 can mushrooms 1 tbsp. soy sauce Salt & pepper to taste

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Add more water if necessary.
