PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 box yellow Duncan Hines cake mix
1 box instant pistachio pudding mix
3 eggs
1/2 c. Crisco oil (corn oil may make cake fall)
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. 7-Up
1 tsp. almond extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix above ingredients (except nuts). Fold nuts into batter. Bake in a greased and floured tube pan. Cool completely before frosting.

FROSTING:

1 box instant pistachio pudding mix
1 pkg. Dream Whip
1 1/2 c. cold milk
1 tsp. almond extract

Chill bowl before mixing. Beat above ingredients until fluffy in the chilled bowl. Spread on cooled cake. Frosting may be prepared ahead and refrigerated until ready to frost cake.
