TUNA CAKES 
1 (9 1/4 oz.) can tuna, drained
1 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten

Cook onions in butter until tender; add zucchini and tuna and 1/2 cup bread crumbs and slightly beaten egg. Shape into 6 patties. Coat with remaining 1/4 cup bread crumbs. Brown on both sides.
