HAPPY HOUR MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground chuck
1 c. cornflake crumbs
1/3 c. chopped parsley
1 1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/3 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 lb. can jellied cranberry sauce
2 eggs
2 tbsp. soy sauce
12 oz. chili sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients except chili sauce, lemon juice, cranberry and brown sugar. Roll into one inch meatballs. Place in baking dish. Heat the other four ingredients. Stir until smooth. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Stir occasionally.
