HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can mushrooms
8 oz. sour cream
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. cooked rice or noodles

Brown hamburger, onion and garlic together in butter, drain off fat. Add flour, pepper and mushrooms. Stir constantly while cooking over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add soup and stir in completely. Simmer on low uncovered for 10 minutes. Add sour cream, stir and heat until warmed through. Serve with rice or noodles.
