SIMPLE VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 bunch broccoli
1/2 head cauliflower
1 green pepper
3 carrots
2 zucchini
1 onion
2 tomatoes

DRESSING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. poppy seed
1 tbsp. onion juice or finely chopped onion
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1 c. oil
3/4 c. cottage cheese

Chop vegetables into large bowl. Any combination of vegetables can be used.

Mix dressing ingredients with exception of cottage cheese. With wire whisk, blend. Add cottage cheese and blend with wire whisk. Pour over vegetables. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Serves 8 to 10. Can be made ahead.
