OIL PIE CRUST 
For 1-Crust Pie:

1 c. + 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. cold water

For 2-Crust Pie:

1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. salad oil
4 tbsp. cold water

Mix all ingredients, except water, with a fork. When well blended, add water and mix with fork. Form into a ball and roll out on floured surface. For 2-Crust Pie, divide dough in half before rolling out on floured surface.
